Seasonal staff who actually want to be in your town.
EarnAbroad is a new app that connects hotels, restaurants, bars, ski schools and rental shops with young Europeans who want to work the season where they'd love to live. Your first 3 hires are free.
Ibiza, Mallorca, Costa Brava, Chamonix, Val Thorens, Méribel, Zermatt, Verbier, Interlaken
Where we're starting
Nine towns, two seasons. Summer jobs open first, winter resorts follow for the 2027/28 season.
Summer
- IbizaES
- MallorcaES
- Costa BravaES
Winter
- ChamonixFR
- Val ThorensFR
- MéribelFR
Summer + winter
- ZermattCH
- VerbierCH
- InterlakenCH
Every season, the same scramble.
- You pay for job ads whether the right person applies or not.
- Candidates say yes in spring and drop out in June, or leave after two weeks.
- Good people turn the job down because they can't find a place to live.
- Hiring for next season starts while you're flat out running this one.
EarnAbroad is built to fix the part that hurts most: finding people who really want to be there.
Three steps, no job-board guesswork.
Post your job
Role, dates, pay, languages, and whether housing is included. It takes a few minutes.
Get matched applicants
People who chose your town, are free on your dates and speak the languages you need. They apply in one tap and you see a short profile, not a pile of CVs.
Chat, hire, and pay only if they start
Agree shifts and contract directly with the worker. You pay nothing until someone actually starts work.
Your first 3 hires are free.
- After that, a flat fee per hire, charged only when the person starts. No subscription, no fee per ad. The price is confirmed before launch.
- A "Founding employer" badge on your business profile.
- Paul helps you write your first job listings.
Signing up is free and non-binding. No payment details needed.
Built for seasonal work, not office jobs.
Housing filter
Workers can search for jobs with housing included. If you offer staff accommodation, your job stands out to the people who need it most. If you don't, your job is still shown to everyone.
Travellers who choose you
On EarnAbroad, people pick the place first. Spending the season in your town is the reason they apply.
Pay for hires, not ads
One flat fee when someone starts. Nothing if nobody does.
Short jobs welcome
From one week to a full season. You and the worker agree the shifts.
Free for workers
Nobody pays to apply, so more people can.
Who's behind EarnAbroad
Hi, I'm Paul Muscinesi. I'm building EarnAbroad from Spain.
Before the app goes live, I'm talking to businesses in all nine launch towns so it's built around how you really hire. If you'd rather talk than fill in a form, just get in touch.

Two minutes. Free and non-binding. I'll get back to you personally within 2 working days.
Questions businesses ask
Is the app live?
Not yet. I'm signing up founding employers now so the app opens with real jobs: summer 2027 first, then the winter 2027/28 season. After you sign up, I'll send you a preview, and you'll get access before launch.
What does it cost?
Your first 3 hires are free. After that, a flat fee per hire, charged only when the person starts work. No subscription and no fee per ad. If nobody starts, you pay nothing. The exact price is confirmed before launch, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Who are the workers?
Adults (18+) from across the EU who want to spend a few weeks or a whole season in your town. They create a profile with languages, skills and experience, and apply without a CV.
Who employs the worker?
You do. EarnAbroad introduces you; you hire the person directly on your usual contract and pay. Jobs last at least one week, and you agree the shifts with the worker.
Do I have to offer housing?
No. Every job is shown. Housing is a filter, so if you do offer it, the people who need it find you faster.
What about work permits, especially in Switzerland?
EU citizens can work in Spain and France without a permit. In Switzerland, EU/EFTA citizens can work up to 3 months per calendar year through the online notification procedure, which the employer files at least one day before work starts. Longer contracts need a permit (source: Swiss State Secretariat for Migration, SEM).
